LED High-bay
LED High-bay fixtures, or pendant luminaires are excellent replacements for conventional 250/400W HID and HPI high-bay pendant fixtures. Their industrial finish makes them perfect for lighting large areas like warehouses and sports halls with high ceiling. In addition, they are well protected against water, dust (IP-rating) and impact (IK-rating) causing damages to be scarce and you do not have to worry about maintenance costs. Also, through the integration of LED lighting, you will be able to enjoy your lighting for a long time and save up to half of the energy costs compared to conventional 250 / 400W gas discharge lamps!

Where are highbays used?
Highbays are the ideal lighting for large halls - whether you have a warehouse or factory hall. Other areas with high walls such as logistics or goods centres can also be ideally illuminated with highbays.
Can conventional fixtures be replaced with LED highbays?
If you decide to switch to LED, you can directly replace the following products with an energy-efficient LED highbay: HQL, HPI and other HID bulbs. Thanks to the plug & play principle, switching is very easy.
How do you install an LED highbay?
You can install your LED highbay in various ways: suspended with a chain or cable, with a other suspension system or with a mounting bracket.
How many lumens does my LED highbay need?
The minimum light output/number of lumens depends on the ceiling height of your hall. You must always select a sufficient number of lumens so that employees can work safely in the hall. A luminous flux of 200 lumens per square metre (lux) is recommended. At least 300 lm/m² is ideal for industrial halls and 500 lm/m² for detailed work.
How many LED highbays do I need?
Ceiling height, beam angle and light output determine the number of LED highbays required for your hall. The illuminated area changes depending on the beam angle. The wattage is therefore less decisive for the number of fixtures required.
