Energy efficiency class | F |
i
The European Union has drawn up guidelines for energy labels for lighting. The energy efficiency of bulbs and luminaires is expressed in classes (A to G). Energy label A is the most efficient and energy label G the least. The energy label is also stated on the packaging of a product.
|
Average Lifetime (h) | 25000 | |
Power factor | >0.50 |
i
The power factor indicates how efficiently a luminaire uses electricity. The rule is: the higher the power factor, the more efficient the power consumption. A product with a high power factor (0.85 - 0.95) is also the safest. This is because the amount of unnecessary power consumption (blind current) is very limited.
|
Technology | LED |
i
The technology indicates the operating base of a light source. The most well-known and energy-efficient example is LED. Other techniques include Halogen, gas discharge, TL (fluorescent) and the light bulb.
|
---|---|---|
Wireless connection | Zigbee | |
Wattage | 4.5 |
i
The wattage indicates how much energy a light source consumes. With LED lighting, the wattage is considerably lower than with conventional lighting. LED lamps with a higher wattage generally also have a higher light intensity (number of lumens).
|
Voltage (V) | 220-240 |
i
Lighting with a voltage of 220-240 Volt can be connected directly to the mains. Lighting with a different mains voltage (12 Volt and 24 Volt) requires an (electronic) transformer.
|
Cap/base | GU10 |
i
The cap/base of a bulb is the part that connects it to the socket in the fixture. In the UK, B22 (Bayonet) caps/bases are still the most popular, although E27 (Edison screw) caps/bases are becoming increasingly popular. GU10 is the most common cap/base for spotlights. Check which cap/base you need carefully as many other types are also available.
|
Colour temperature (Kelvin) | 2700K - Extra Warm White |
i
Light colour is also known as colour temperature and is expressed in Kelvin (K). You can choose from:
|
Colour Code | 827 - Extra Warm White |
i
The colour code is a combination of colour rendering (CRI) and light colour (Kelvin). The first number indicates the colour rendering (1 = very poor colour rendering, 9 = maximum colour fastness). The second and third number contains the light colour. Example: the colour code 830 consists of good colour rendering (8) and warm white light (3000K).
|
Colour Rendering (Ra) | 80-89 |
i
Colour rendering is also known as Colour Rendering Index (CRI) and indicates the extent to which a light source reproduces colours, compared to the actual colours in daylight. Products with a good (80-89 Ra) or excellent (90-99 Ra) colour rendering show minimal deviations in the colour spectrum.
|
Light Output (Lumen) | 350 |
i
The number of lumens (lm) is the light output of a light source. The higher the number of lumens, the more light the light source emits. The wattage and the number of lumens are not connected to each other. An LED lamp with a low wattage can have a higher number of lumens than a conventional lamp with a high wattage.
|
Luminous Efficacy (Lm/W) | 77.8 |
i
The Luminous Efficacy (lm/W) indicates how efficiently a light source uses energy. We divide the number of lumens by the wattage. The higher the number, the more efficient a product is in terms of energy consumption. LED lighting has a considerably higher lumen/Watt ratio than conventional lighting.

Length (mm) | 58 |
i
It may happen that the length of this product differs from your old lighting fixture. As a result, the product does not fit in your current fixture or in the relevant place.

Description Ledvance Parathom LED GU10 Spot 4.5W - 827 |
The Ledvance Parathom LED GU10 Spot 4.5W - 827 | is the energy-efficient replacer of the conventional halogen spot. The GU10 base has two pins with a 10 millimeter distance between them. Because of the plug in base, the Ledvance GU10 LED spot is easily installable. This Ledvance LED spot comes as replacement for the conventional GU10 halogen spot. Where the conventional halogen bulb uses W, the Ledvance GU10 LED bulb only uses 4.5W. This means a big saving on your energy costs.
GU10 LED spots come in different varieties. For example, LED spots come with different color displays. This Ledvance LED spot has a colour code of 827 - Extra Warm White, what stands for a good and natural color display. In addition, there are different beam angle degrees, in other words how wide the LED spot spreads the light. With this, you can choose between narrow beam angles (10°), which is perfect for accent lighting, medium beam angles (24° - 40°) for general lighting and wide beam angles (>60°) for places like offices. The Ledvance GU10 LED spot has a beam angle of °.
The Ledvance GU10 uses LED technology. LED lighting has many advantages and these also apply to the Ledvance GU10 LED spot. For example, the Ledvance GU10 LED spot has an average lifetime of 25000 burning hours, what means that you will be able to enjoy this LED bulb for a long time.
