The SubstiTUBE LED tubes in this group have a T8 size and a G13 base. In addition, they can be used universally (UN). What we mean by this, is that these LED tubes work with both a conventional ballast (EM) as an electronic ballast (HF). When using a conventional ballast, you will need a LED starter to make the LED tubes function. For your convenience, we have included the LED starter.
