A ballast can be seen as an energy regulator that switches on the lighting. Is there a starter in the fixture? Then this is a conventional ballast (EM). Furthermore, this Budgetlight LED CFL bulb is only suitable for use in open fixtures in a horizontal burn position. The Budgetlight LED bulb is fit for lighting small fixtures, hotels and suburban areas.
