What are the shipping costs at Budgetlight?

The shipping costs depend on your total order value and are automatically calculated in your shopping cart. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs we apply to the different order values.

* For orders less than £15 we charge a small order surcharge of £1,95 (including VAT). We do this to cover the cost of administering and processing your order. It also helps us keep the prices of certain products as low as possible. There is no surcharge for orders over £15. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.

 

Why do I pay an order surcharge for orders under £15?

For orders under £15, Budgetlight charges an order surcharge of £1.95 (including VAT). We do this to cover the cost of administration and processing of your order. We also keep the prices of certain products as low as possible. For orders over £15 no surcharge will be applied.

 

I have not received my order yet. How come?

If you have not yet received an order, this may be due to the following reasons:

- Your ordered product(s) is/are out of stock and will be replenished in our warehouse as soon as possible.
- Your order has been shipped, but something went wrong with the carrier, causing the delivery to be delayed.
- The order has not been paid yet: If no payment has been made, the order will remain on hold.

You can always check the status of an order via your personal account or via the track and trace code we sent you in an email.

 

When will my order be delivered?

If you order before 4 p.m. and all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched the same day. On average, delivery takes between 3 to 6 business days. Please note that we only ship complete orders which means that we wait for all the products in your order to be in stock before we ship. You can check the expected dispatch and/or delivery date for your order via your personal account. You can follow your order status via the track & trace code that we have been sent to you in an email.

 

Can I pick-up or drop-off products on site?

It is unfortunately not possible to personally pick-up or drop of products at our location. If you want to return items, this needs to be done according to the return-instructions you can read about here.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point?

No, unfortunately we do not offer deliveries to pick-up points.

 

Which delivery company do you ship your parcels with?

We ship our parcels with DPD. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a track and trace link to track your parcel.

 

Where is my order?

Do you want to know the status of your order? Then log in to your personal account. There you can follow the status of each order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a track and trace link from the carrier. With this link you can track the delivery status of your order and you can see the date and time your package will be delivered. We will ship your order as soon as possible, when all items in the order are in stock. The availability of the items can be found on the product page of the ordered items.
